The cost of shipping to Italy, in promotions, is always free.
Once ready your product is shipped by: GLS, DHL or TNT or other leading national courier.
Remember that all deliveries are insured against damage.
In the case of shipping multiple packages, delivery on wooden pallets is arranged.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, simply inform Bottega Veneziana (MAGLASS s.r.l., via Venier, 1 - 30020 Marcon, Venice, e-mail: info@bottegaveneziana.it) by letter sent by mail or by e-mail in which you express your decision to withdraw from the contract for the purchase of products.

 

The 14-day time limit, set for withdrawal, is deemed to be met if the customer sends his statement before the expiration of this time limit.

 

Following withdrawal from the contract, MAGLASS s.r.l. will refund all payments made by the purchaser within 20 days from the day on which MAGLASS s.r.l. is informed by the customer of the decision to exercise the right of withdrawal. The customer is required to return or deliver the products without undue delay and in any case within 10 days from the day on which he communicated his intention to withdraw from the purchase and sale contract. The products must be returned with their original packaging, must not be ruined, damaged accompanied by any accessories and equipped with the transport document (present in the original packaging), so as to allow MAGLASS s.r.l. to identify the customer.
In all cases in which the returned products do not conform to what was previously prescribed, the withdrawal will not be effective.
