From brief to installation

    Introductory call and feasibility

    A 30-minute call to understand the project, the constraints and the timeline. First technical feasibility assessment within 48 hours.

  2. Weeks 1–2Design and approval

    Technical drawing and samples

    A quote is prepared on the basis of the available data; technical drawings (DWG, 3D renders, weight and wiring sheets) are prepared after the order is confirmed. Depending on the type of supply, and for clients we have already worked with, drawings can be assessed earlier. Physical sample sets according to the agreed terms.

  3. Weeks 3–7Production

    In the furnace in Venice

    Blowing and working in the furnace. UL/CE electrical testing.

  4. Week 8Delivery

    Shipping and support

    Door-to-door delivery with a specialised courier; DDP terms available on request, to be agreed. Remote support for your electrician during installation.
