For Andrea Barbarigo Hospitality Institute, a commercial space in Venice, Italy, Bottega Veneziana made a catalogue model: the Canal model from the Contemporaries collection. The Murano glass is hot-blown and shaped by hand in the Bottega Veneziana furnace in Venice: every element is worked one by one, and the metal frame stays at the service of the glass. Design and production are entirely by the atelier. The project belongs to the atelier’s commercial work in Italy.
